[8.0] Some changes on web_timeline
[ADD][web_timeline] a few features
Check the collision of timeline items by start and stop date and not by "left" and "right", so that there is no item stacking when there is actually enough space for two items in the same line. Hide the description text of an item, which hasn't enough space to display the full text. When hovering over the description, the text gets highlighted and fully visible.
